1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Shop by Isaiah. By accessing our website, browsing our catalog, placing an order, or utilizing our delivery services across Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Product Information & Pricing

• All products displayed on the website are described and pictured as accurately as possible. Slight variations in color or packaging may occur due to screen rendering or manufacturer updates.
• Prices are quoted in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) on our primary store ledger, with dynamic real-time conversion to Kenyan Shillings (KES) and Ugandan Shillings (UGX) available at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct any typographical pricing errors or adjust prices without prior notice before an order is confirmed.

3. Orders & Payment

• An order is officially confirmed once full payment is successfully processed and verified through our automated Mobile Money (M-Pesa, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, Mixx by Yas, HaloPesa) or Card payment gateways.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete delivery and contact information during checkout. We are not liable for delayed or misrouted parcels resulting from incorrect customer-submitted details.

4. Cancellation & Modifications

• Orders for ready stock items may be cancelled or modified within two (2) hours of placement, provided the parcel has not yet been handed over to the courier.
• Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to a delivery rider or regional carrier, it cannot be cancelled in transit.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including brand names, logos, product descriptions, photography, graphics, and website code, is the intellectual property of Shop by Isaiah and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial re-use is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shop by Isaiah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or delivery delays caused by external events beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, border customs hold-ups, road closures, or regional transit disruptions).

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of East Africa. Any disputes arising under these terms shall first be subject to good-faith amicable settlement, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of jurisdiction.
