We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every product is quality-checked before dispatch.

1. Inspection Window

• Tanzania Orders: 48 hours from delivery to inspect and report any defects or sizing discrepancies.
• Cross-Border Orders (Kenya & Uganda): 7 days from parcel collection at destination hub to report issues.

2. Eligible Return Reasons

• Manufacturing defect or functional damage upon arrival.
• Incorrect item, color, or variant delivered.
• Parcel damaged during transit with carrier confirmation.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Eligible returns will be replaced with express dispatch or refunded directly to your original payment method (M-Pesa, Airtel Money, MTN MoMo, or Card) within 3 to 5 business days.
