Delivery & Cargo Policy

1. International Cargo Freight (China to Dar es Salaam)

Sourced orders are consolidated, batched, and shipped from our Guangzhou sorting hub to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania:

• Sea Freight: Estimated 14 to 21 business days from batch container dispatch.
• Air Cargo: Estimated 5 to 7 business days from batch flight dispatch.

All shipping and delivery transit timelines are estimates. Fovaci is legally exempt from any liability, refund claims, or cargo delay penalties arising from shipping line schedules, port congestion, customs clearance inspections (TRA/TBS), or airport custom-house delays.

2. Customs Clearance & Local Arrival

Once customs clearance is completed at the Port of Dar es Salaam or Airport, you will receive an automated SMS and Email with your allocated shipping invoice and outstanding balance.

3. Local Handover & Pickup Options

• Office Pickup: You can collect cleared items directly from our physical warehouse on Msimbazi Street, Kariakoo, Dar es Salaam (Free).
• Local Deliveries: Dispatched via local riders or delivery trucks in Dar es Salaam within 24 hours of Phase 2 payment.
• Up-country/Regional Delivery: Dispatched via domestic transit buses (e.g., Shabiby, Abood, Hood) or domestic cargo couriers (e.g., DHL, EMS) to all regions across Tanzania. Transit risk passes to the customer upon handover to the bus or courier partner.
